1. Purchase & Data Storage
1.1. Local Storage Only
All purchase information is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. We do not operate any user accounts, databases, or cloud backups on external servers. This guarantees your privacy, but also means that you are fully responsible for keeping your purchases safe.
1.2. Consequences of Data Loss
- If you clear your browser data (cache, cookies, site data), all your purchases will be permanently deleted.
- Reinstalling the browser or using a different device will also result in the loss of your purchase history.
- There is no way for us to restore your purchases because no record exists outside your browser.
1.3. How to Back Up Your Purchases
To prevent data loss, you must manually save your purchased items as a backup file. Follow these steps:
- On the Shop page, click the "Purchased" button in the bottom‑right corner.
- In the list of your purchases, click "Save" (this button appears only when you have at least one purchased item).
- A file named purchases.callbybreath.purchases will be downloaded. This file is encrypted and contains a complete list of your purchased items.
- Keep this file in a secure location (e.g., cloud drive, external storage).
1.4. Restoring Your Purchases
If you lose your browser data or switch devices, you can restore your purchases:
- Click "Load" in the same "Purchased" view (the button is always available).
- Before the file dialog opens, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Purchase (the same agreement you see here). This is a mandatory step.
- Select the previously saved .callbybreath.purchases file.
- Your purchased items will reappear in the "Purchased" section, and download links will be accessible again.
1.5. Understanding Purchase Codes
A purchase code is a unique sequence that unlocks digital content (audio, artwork, video, etc.). Important points:
- Codes are only required once. After successful entry, the item is permanently marked as purchased in your local storage.
- Codes themselves are not stored online. If you lose a code before activating it, you must obtain it again through the official channels.
- A code gives you access to the digital files; it does not grant commercial rights (see Section 2).
- You can always retrieve your purchased items using the backup file, even without re‑entering the code.
1.6. What You Download
The downloaded packages may contain:
- Music tracks (MP3 / WAV / FLAC)
- Instrumental versions and stems
- Cover artwork (PNG / JPG)
- Music videos or visualisers (MP4)
- Any additional bonus content specified in the product description
You are responsible for keeping the downloaded files safe after they are on your device.
2. Usage & Copyright
2.1. Ownership
All content provided through this shop, including audio, images, video, and other digital materials, is the exclusive property of CallbyBreath. All rights are reserved unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2.2. Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Use any materials for commercial purposes (selling, licensing, monetisation) without prior written consent.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or lease the content to third parties.
- Upload or share the files on other websites, torrent trackers, file‑sharing platforms, or social media, even for free.
- Claim the content as your own work or use it in a way that implies endorsement by CallbyBreath.
2.3. Non‑Commercial Remixes & Covers
Exceptions are made for creative, non‑commercial use:
- You may create remixes, covers, or transformative works using the provided instrumentals or audio stems.
- These works must be strictly non‑commercial (no monetisation, no ad revenue, no paid downloads).
- When sharing online, you must clearly credit CallbyBreath as the original creator.
2.4. Commercial Use of Remixes / Covers
If you wish to earn money from your remix or cover (e.g., YouTube Partner Programme, streaming royalties, sync licensing), you must obtain explicit permission from CallbyBreath.
How to request permission:
- Contact us through the official social media links displayed at the bottom of every page (YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Telegram, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud).
- On mobile devices, tap the "SOCIAL" button in the bottom bar to see the full list of platforms.
- Send a direct message explaining your project, how you intend to monetise it, and the specific content you want to use.
2.5. Consequences of Violation
Any violation of these terms may result in legal action. We reserve the right to revoke access to digital goods at any time if the rules are not respected. Protect the community and the artist – always play fair.
